Returns & Exchanges

Because every PurrVibes product is made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, an incorrect size, or an incorrect color selection.

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at purrvibesshop@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it.

Include:

- Your order number

- A brief description of the problem

- Clear photos showing the entire item and the issue

- A photo of the packaging or shipping label, when applicable

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. In many cases, a physical return will not be necessary.

Size and Color Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges when the customer orders the wrong size or color. Since each item is produced on demand, a replacement in another size or color must be placed as a new order.

If the size or product received is different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can correct the issue.

Lost Packages

Packages believed to be lost must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may ask you to verify the shipping address and contact the local carrier before approving a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply to have it resent.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or was confirmed lost.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
