Where we ship

PurrVibes currently ships to the United States. Available delivery services and any address restrictions are shown at checkout.

Free US shipping on orders $65+

Free US shipping applies to eligible orders with a product subtotal of $65 or more after discounts and before taxes. Shipping charges for orders below this amount are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please review the final shipping option and total before placing your order.

Made to order and estimated delivery

Every item is made especially for your order. Most orders require 2–5 business days for production, followed by approximately 3–8 business days in transit within the United States. Allow approximately 5–13 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production and transit may take longer during holidays, launches, or busy periods. When available, the delivery estimate at checkout is specific to the items and destination in your order. Please allow extra time when ordering a gift.

Tracking and separate packages

We will email your tracking information once your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear. Products in the same order may arrive in separate packages because they can be made at different fulfillment facilities.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before ordering. If you notice an error, email hello@purrvibesshop.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after production or shipping has started. Reshipping charges may apply if a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed.

Delayed or missing packages

If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, check tracking, confirm the address, and ask household members or your building staff. Contact the carrier if tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located.

If you still need help, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
